What to prepare

The first step is a contact request. You do not need a complete account export before speaking with our team.

To request an assessment

Your name and email are enough. A phone number and business name can help our team follow up, but the form accepts a blank value for either.

For the conversation

An approximate Google Search spend figure and the years you advertised are useful. If an agency managed the account, note that relationship and who paid Google. If you no longer advertise or have several accounts, tell our team what you remember; you do not need to resolve ownership before asking.

If you decide to proceed

Our team may request account billing and campaign-level spend reports, invoices, payment records, account IDs, applicable terms and agency agreements. These help separate Search from other ad products, identify the business that may hold a claim and calculate damages accurately. Our team will specify what is needed for your situation.

For agencies

Begin with one client’s approximate Search spend and a general history. Share client names, records or access only with permission. Tell our team if the agency paid Google and billed the client, because billing alone does not settle who may bring the claim.

For DTC and online retail

Focus on your own business’s Search campaigns. Shopping and Performance Max can sit beside Search in the same Google Ads account, so a combined bill may need product-level separation later.
