How the firm is structured
Silver Arbitration is a one-person practice. Marshall founded the firm and remains its only employee, keeping legal judgment and client communication directly accountable to him.
The firm may work with outside specialists or local counsel when a matter requires it, but those relationships do not change the firm's employee roster.
Responsibility stays with the founder.
