These terms govern use of this website and the firm-issued intake and submission services operated by Silver Arbitration Law, PLLC. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use those services.
Informational use only
The site provides general information about the firm and public legal matters. Nothing on it is legal advice, a guarantee of outcome, or an offer to represent you. Outcomes depend on individual facts. Recovery is not guaranteed, and prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.
No attorney-client relationship
Using the site or contacting the firm does not create an attorney-client relationship. That relationship is formed only through a written engagement agreement accepted by the firm. Do not send confidential or sensitive information before the firm confirms an engagement or provides a secure link for an existing matter.
Engagement agreements control
These terms do not amend an engagement agreement or determine the scope of legal services. If these terms conflict with an engagement agreement accepted by the firm, the engagement agreement controls with respect to those legal services.
Firm-issued submission links
A firm-issued intake or submission link may be used only for its intended purpose and recipient. You represent that information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. A submission does not guarantee eligibility, representation, filing of a claim, or recovery.
By connecting a Google Ads account, you authorize the firm and its service providers to retrieve and process the connected Google account email and available account, campaign, performance, spend, billing, payment-account, and invoice information for claim evaluation, processing, and related legal and administrative purposes. Do not connect an account you do not control or have authority to submit.
Permitted use
Do not misuse the site or submission services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with their operation, introduce malicious code, or use a link issued to another person. You are responsible for reviewing the account selected during an authorization flow.
Intellectual property
Content on this site belongs to the firm or its licensors. You may quote it with attribution; you may not republish it wholesale or use it to imply endorsement.
Third-party services
The site and submission services rely on third parties, including Google, Pipedream, DocuSeal, hosting providers, court resources, and claims-administration technology providers. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies and may be interrupted or changed. We do not control third-party content or systems. Legal services are provided by the firm.
Availability and liability
The site and submission services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the firm disclaims warranties concerning availability, accuracy, and fitness for a particular purpose, and disclaims liability arising from reliance on general site content. These limitations do not limit duties that cannot lawfully be limited and do not alter obligations under an engagement agreement. Where a limitation is not permitted, it applies only to the extent allowed by law.
