How the estimate works

The calculator gives a starting illustration from the Search spend you enter. It is not an account-specific damages analysis.

The arithmetic

Enter your approximate Google Search ad spend across the relevant years since August 2016. The page multiplies that figure by 30% and labels the result “Illustrative claim estimate · before fees.” For example, $100,000 × 30% = $30,000 before fees.

What the number does not establish

The 30% is an illustrative model, not a finding that your business overpaid by that amount, a settlement range, a minimum recovery or our contingency fee. Recovery is not guaranteed. Any claim depends on what your account records, applicable terms and individual facts show.

Use Search spend, not your whole Google Ads bill

Google Ads can include Shopping, YouTube, Display and Performance Max in addition to Search. If your records combine products, use a rough Search-only figure if you have one. You can still request an assessment if you do not know the split; our team can explain which account records are needed for an accurate calculation.

What happens to a figure you enter

If you enter or select an amount and submit an assessment request, that entered spend is shared with our team to prepare for the discussion. The untouched $100,000 default is an example, not a figure you reported.
