About

A firm built for one kind of work.

No heritage narrative will appear on this page. The firm is new, and deliberately so — built for the claims modern contracts create.

What we are

Silver Arbitration LLC is a plaintiff-side law firm. We represent businesses and individuals in mass arbitration, class actions, and complex claims — the disputes where one party wrote the contract, the other party carried the loss, and the path to a remedy runs through procedure most claimants have never had explained to them. We are the firm of record in the matters we handle: we sign the retainer, we prepare the claim, we file it, and we answer for it.

Marshall Silver founded the firm and is its only employee. That structure keeps responsibility direct: the founder remains personally accountable for the firm's legal judgment, communication, and work.

The work we take

Claimant-side work only, of the kinds described on What we do: arbitration programs and individual arbitrations, class litigation, antitrust and competition claims, and consumer and commercial claims. We decline defense work and matters outside this focus. When a matter calls for depth we don't have — a testifying economist, a foreign jurisdiction, a specialist regulatory question — we bring in the right people and say so, rather than stretching.

Focus is the point. A firm that does one kind of work is easy to evaluate: look at the work.

How we work

Evidence first. Every claim we file is built on the claimant's own records — not on a template with a name swapped in. We tell prospective clients honestly when a claim is not worth their while, we put the uncertainty in writing, and in claimant-side matters we typically work on contingency: no recovery, no fee.

We run intake and claim operations on technology provided by Move Labs, an independent software company. The legal work — the judgment, the filings, the representation — is ours alone. Move Labs is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

What we believe

That the size of a wrong shouldn't determine whether it gets answered. Modern contracts scatter widespread harm into thousands of individual claims, each small enough to ignore. We think the arithmetic of ignoring them should stop working. That is the firm's reason for existing, stated as plainly as we can manage.
