Mark Beckett serves as Senior Litigation Counsel to Silver Arbitration, and is a primary lawyer on the firm's Google Ads recovery arbitrations.
He brings more than thirty years of experience as counsel and arbitrator in over 150 commercial and treaty-based disputes worldwide. He previously led the international arbitration and litigation practices at Latham & Watkins and at Cooley, and has served as the U.S. member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration.
Mark has taught international commercial arbitration at Harvard Law School and teaches dispute resolution in the technology and digital economy at the University of Miami School of Law. His practice spans energy, infrastructure, intellectual property, technology, and cross-border commercial agreements under all major arbitration rules — experience he now brings to advertiser claims against Google.
